BMW M Motorsport teams and drivers delivered standout performances across the globe this past fortnight, from debut announcements in Europe to title fights on other continents.
The biggest news: starting in 2026, the new BMW M2 Racing will have its own dedicated cup class in the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS). Following in the footsteps of the M235i, M240i, and M2 CS Racing, the entry-level car has already impressed with strong outings on the Nordschleife, including at the 24 Hours of Nürburgring.
On track, BMW teams continued their winning streak. In the ADAC GT Masters at the Salzburgring, Tim Zimmermann and Leyton Fourie powered FK Performance Motorsport to victory in the Sunday race, keeping their title hopes alive. Over in the United States, Random Vandals Racing and Turner Motorsport dominated GT World Challenge America and GT4 America at Barber Motorsports Park, collecting wins and podiums across GT3 and GT4 categories. Rising star Justin Rothberg also claimed his sixth victory of the season in GT America.
Further afield, BMW M4 GT4 squads impressed in Australia, clinching both overall and class victories at The Bend, while in Europe, Jesse Krohn headlined the GT Cup Series at Brno with a GT3 class win. The BMW M4 GT4 EVO continued its success in the GT4 European Series at the Nürburgring, bringing home multiple podiums, while BMW teams shone at the 24 Hours of Zolder in the Belcar Series with strong class wins.
In Asia, Ruan Cun Fan and Maxime Oosten extended their Silver-Am class lead in GT World Challenge Asia, leaving them in prime position ahead of the Beijing finale.
With championship battles heating up and the introduction of the BMW M2 Racing Cup on the horizon, BMW M Motorsport continues to prove its strength at every level of GT racing worldwide.
