WE ARE HIRING A BMW / MINI SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on BMW vehicles
Conduct accurate fault finding using advanced diagnostic equipment
Complete all repairs and servicing according to manufacturer specifications
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail at all times
Accurately complete job cards, including parts used and hours worked
Carry out vehicle inspections to identify and prevent potential issues
Work closely with Service Advisors to provide feedback on vehicle status
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment

Minimum Requirements:

Qualified Motor Technician (Trade Test Certificate)
Proven experience within a motor dealership environment
Strong technical knowledge of BMW vehicle systems and components
Experience with MINI vehicles will be advantageous
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
Valid driver’s license
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
