Job description:
Ensure the correct stock levels of parts and accessories are maintained, with regular stock checks and ordering. Ensure accurate orders for parts and maintain supplier relationships to ensure fast, accurate deliveries. Accurately pick and pack parts for technicians, customers, and external orders. Keep the parts warehouse organized, clean, and well-stocked for easy access to parts. Maintain accurate records of parts usage and stock levels using our dealership management system.
Important information
Position is based in Pietermaritzburg. Market related cost to company package and rewarding incentive structure.
Minimum requirements
– Grade 12 matric pass.
– Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
– Basic understanding of automotive parts. Familiarity with BMW vehicles is a plus.
– Computer literacy.
– Team Player: Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment while managing individual tasks.
– Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional approach to assisting both internal and external customers.
