Job description:

To provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while displaying an in-depth understanding of automotive services. Always ensure adequate communication between customers, parts and service departments in achieving customer satisfaction and service standards goals

Advantageous requirements

• Specialized dealer management system knowledge (Autoline, Kerridge)
• Customer service diploma/certificate.

Minimum requirements

• Grade 12 pass
• Computer literacy (Office suite)
• Proven motor dealership industry experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive services and repairs.
• Customer-focused with ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Drivers License
