To provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while displaying an in-depth understanding of automotive services. Always ensure adequate communication between customers, parts and service departments in achieving customer satisfaction and service standards goals
Advantageous requirements
- Specialized dealer management system knowledge (Autoline, Kerridge)
- Customer service diploma/certificate.
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12 pass
- Computer literacy (Office suite)
- Proven motor dealership industry experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive services and repairs.
- Customer-focused with ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Drivers License
