Customer Service is at the top of the priority list at Supertech Durban and we always ensure that customers experience joy as part of every visit. It is important for us to make every visit a memorable occasion. To this end, details such as paraplegic-friendly layout, baby changing facilities, massage chairs, shoe-shine and polish as well as a fully-fledged restaurant were all incorporated into the initial design of the new building right from inception.
Supertech Durban opened its doors in the early 80’s on South Coast Road in Rossburgh, Durban. From humble beginnings, the dealership grew in popularity and became a well-known landmark on the busy road. Supertech underwent a change in ownership and moved residence in January 2012 to a state of the art world-class facility on the corner of Solomon Mahlangu (formerly Edwin Swales) Drive and Bellair Road in Durban.

Supertech strongly believes that the staff is the dealership’s greatest assets. The wellbeing of each staff member is paramount to Supertech’s mission, and as such, in 2014, there has been an unveiling of a staff gym, as well as a wellness centre, which is run by qualified nurses, with a bi-weekly doctor visit. Chronic medication can also be dispensed at the staff wellness centre. Team-building days are held annually off-site with all staff members where the strategy, mission and vision of the company are shared with all staff and challenges resolved as a group.
Supertech is a family owned company, and as such, there is a strong family ethos within the dealership. Directors are on site daily and have an open door policy to staff and customers.
The directors are very hands on with the day to day operations, and the energy is adopted by the staff.
Staff members work as a tight unit with all departments helping each other to get the job done.
